We’re partnering up with She&Her for a new and amazing venture that is going to train the next generation of female leaders.

She’s On Board is a free, one-day workshop led by some of the city’s most experienced female leaders to equip women to become more comfortable with governance and public policy, as well as connecting them to established boards in Greater Sudbury. This workshop will accommodate a small class of both new leaders and experienced leaders, and we will offer tangible, inclusive and hands-on training in an accessible manner. Upon completion of the training, the graduates would then have the opportunity to be matched with a local board to either join as a director or receive mentorship from a current board member, should no positions be open for fulfillment.
